Our residency menu changes on a weekly basis depending on seasonal availability. In addition to our well-known O.G. rice bowl, you may also find karaage, weekly special fried rices and noodles, market vegetables, and larger plates served family style.
Since we make all our own pickles and sauces, and most of our condiments, many items on our menu contain soy, sesame, and/or nuts and cannot be substituted. However, many items that contain fish flakes or roe can be made vegetarian.
We take pride in sourcing as locally and sustainably as possible through Grow Food Carolina, City Roots, Spade & Clover, Joyce Farms, Fili-West Farms, Holy City Hogs, Abundant Seafood, and Tarvin Seafood, among other local farmers and fisherman.
